Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old and legally able to enter a binding contract to use Craze. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Accounts are personal to you — you may not transfer, sell, or share access to your account with anyone else.
Member conduct
Using Craze, you agree not to:
- Misrepresent your identity, age, employment, education, or relationship status.
- Harass, threaten, or send unsolicited explicit content to other members.
- Use the app for commercial solicitation, surveys, or promotional activity.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the app's normal operation.
- Create more than one account, or create a new account after being removed.
Violating these terms may result in a warning, suspension, or permanent removal, at our discretion.
Verification
Craze relies on identity, employment, and education verification to operate. You agree to provide accurate documentation when requested, and understand that a profile that fails or falsifies verification may be rejected or removed without refund.
Membership & billing
Free accounts include core matching features. Paid membership tiers (Associate, Partner, Executive) unlock additional features for a fixed term, described on our Pricing page. Membership is billed once per term and does not renew automatically.
Refunds & cancellation
You may request a full refund within 48 hours of purchase if you have not used any premium features unlocked by that membership tier. Outside that window, membership fees are generally non-refundable, though we review requests involving billing errors or exceptional circumstances individually.
Intellectual property
The Craze name, logo, app, and underlying software are owned by Craze, Inc. and protected by intellectual property law. You retain ownership of the content you post — photos, prompts, messages — but grant us a license to display it within the app as necessary to operate the service.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time from the app's settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, pose a safety risk to other members, or as required by law.
Disclaimers
Craze verifies the information described on our Safety page, but we cannot guarantee the accuracy of every claim a member makes, nor the outcome of any interaction or relationship. You're responsible for exercising judgment when communicating with and meeting other members.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Craze. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including interactions with other members that occur outside the app.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by the law of your home jurisdiction.
